At Pivot Behavioral Health, we provide evidence-based, guided self-help through telehealth. The programs we offer use the available research to give you the tools and support you need to make real, lasting changes in your life. We will be piloting our programs soon!
- Program Overview -
Our guided self-help begins with a structured self-help workbook based on cognitive behavioral therapies. But you're not on your own. Through regular check-in appointments with a trained cognitive behavioral therapist and routine outcome monitoring, you'll get the support you need to overcome obstacles along the way.

Depression
Are you feeling down? Have you lost interest in things you once found enjoyable? The depression program provides evidence-based strategies to help you re-engage in your life, leading to improvements in your mood and daily functioning.

Anxiety
Are you feeling nervous? Do you find it hard to stop worrying? The anxiety program focuses on building skills to help you face your fears and better respond to anxiety so that anxiety—and your life in general—are more manageable.

Insomnia
Having a hard time going to or staying asleep? Do you often worry about sleep or put in extra effort to sleep? The insomnia program provides strategies to help you recondition your sleep and increase your sleep drive so that you get more restful sleep.

Binge Eating
Are you eating more than you intend? Do you feel bad about yourself after you overeat or generally dislike your body? The binge eating program helps you create a new relationship with food and yourself so that eating becomes less of a burden.
